A decade of Buoy & Oyster ✨✨
Episode 4 - There is no place for ego in hospitality and customer feedback absolutely humbles any business owner pretty quickly! The easiest part of the last 10 years was the excitement that we had at the very beginning. Then the real growth comes by listening to your customers and what they want from the restaurant and menu. I've had a love hate relationship with TripAdvisor over the years however what I will say is that we genuinely value every single piece of constructive customer feedback and take on board all honest critique preferably in person. I promise you when we ask how your meal was we genuinely want the truth as we love the opportunity to make sure you leave happy 😊
Every day's a school day and we are so proud of what we have created together (& that includes you, our diners who have helped shaped the menus and offerings over the years through choice and feedback)
