If you've known me long enough to know about my college experience then you would know that I have some "feelings", to say the least, about my alma mater. However, I put that energy to the side and drove down to Charleston to photograph the promotion of a fellow brother-in-arms. I'm thankful to have had the honor to be there for you in this moment and extremely proud of your exemplary career. Congratulations again, LTC @justin.p_843 .
I'm equally as thankful to have been able to see a very special teacher who is a part of the foundation that started my photographic journey. Congratulations to you @tiffanysilverman on receiving the 2026 South Carolina Governor's Awards for the Arts, the state's honor given in regards to the arts. Continue to push the boundaries of what's possible for those with an artistic and military mindset. The same way you did for me.
APRIL RECAP: In this chair, sat the original captain of the USS Enterprise, Mr. @williamshatner . In that chair, after posing for meet and greet photos, he proceeded to tell his team that he liked my lighting. He didn't see any of the images. He just knew, based on placement, that it would be just right and began to tell them why. Felt like I was being honored by a legend. I went home feeling very proud and ready to boldly go where no man has gone before.

APRIL RECAP: I received an opportunity to photograph Wells Fargo's presentation of a six million dollar grant to organizations along the West Corridor.

April Recap: I had the pleasure of photographing the Easter Extravaganza at my church this year. Shout out to @fmbccharlotte and @fmbcyouth for their efforts to provide a safe and memorable experience for Charlotte familes and the community on Beatties Ford. Peace and blessings to all those in need who benefited from the community care packages created by the kids and young adults.
One cold Easter weekend seven years ago, we did a thing. That thing led to another thing and he's five now. Adoration, just the way Prince described it. Te amo corazon. Happy anniversary.
What an experience the Westside Fish Fry has been for the city and the Ford. From the percolator contests to the sloped skating rink, it brought us out for some of the best damn fried fish, local art, and small businesses support opportunities all in one place. Add in the community resource vendors, and it was always more than just an another event—it was vibe you couldn't help but describe as fresh.
Big shoutout to @bigwilmo1 for your passion and leadership in bringing this family reunion back year after year. I’ll definitely miss it, but I know greater things are ahead.

NASCAR production run. Pre season action, towards the end of last year, with @hales_photo and @wilddingostudios for @cocacola . Got to work with the man himself and supreme one wheeler @de_con lighting the job.
Last week was a blur with three productions in a row. The @unrivaled.films team, along with @thegripjet , and I set the lighting scene for two @toyotaracingusa sets. The next day we set up shop at the #CharlotteConventionCenter. @calebhyatt95 and I got busy with the lighting and cues for the rest of NASCAR media week.
Thanks to @charlottesgotalot for bringing me in tho end the week shooting stills along side @korihoffmanphotography at this year Hall of Fame Induction. Big ups to @_pragmaticpriestess_ you're the greatest!
