This song was inspired by horror movie classics like Psycho so it’s only fitting that it has its own little horror music video! We shot this on an iPhone and edited it ourselves. TRASHWORLD and Tapehead City teamed up to release “Livin’ in a TRASHWORLD E.P.” as a limited edition cassette tape.
TRASHWORLD is an indie electronic dance project started by Dani Miller (Surfbort) and Ashley Smith (DJ and actress) The band first started making music in the thick of the pandemic 2020 in Los Angeles, California. Inspired by bands like The Prodigy, Peaches and Lords of acid. incorporating wild synths and fast drum machines to bring you power songs about aliens and partying during the apocalypse.
Their debut E.P. features 6 tracks made with producers MNDR, Dave Scott Stone, and anonymous producer named the “Trash Man”.
