A strong outcome for the asset, introducing a complementary blend of health & wellness alongside a youth-focused creative studio, further enhancing the amenity for the local community.

Warmth, refinement and restrained glow | Seoul Garden, Chadstone
Seoul Garden’s flagship at Chadstone’s Laneway Dining has come to life - a sculptural, richly layered hospitality destination designed by the exceptional ElvinTan Design team. Brass detailing, green marble stone and custom pendants shape a space that elevates the Korean BBQ experience with sophistication and intent.
Working within Elvin Tan’s lighting layout, our role was to curate the lighting selection and refine the spatial rhythm - adjusting downlight spacing and selecting fittings to support the intended ambience. The focus was on creating a warm, inviting environment that feels generous and visually comfortable.
Warm white LED and layered light levels were reinforced through deep anti-glare recessed and surface-mounted fittings, ensuring glare is minimised and materials are enhanced rather than overwhelmed.
The result is a balanced setting that supports the design while allowing guests to settle in and stay awhile. 💡
