This trip had everything: crazy travel stories, early mornings, late nights, heart to hearts, heartbreaks, erasure of old goals, writing of new ones…
USA Team: It was an honor to serve you. I hope we created an experience you will never forget.
Poomsae Team, you were inspiring to watch as you kept knocking on the door until you brought home medals for Team USA.
Sparring Team, although we didn’t reach our goal, your fighting spirit and personal development will echo forever. Always look back on this journey with pride!
Staff: Thank you for your support and expertise. This was an all-time crew and I still can’t believe I got to be a part of it. I learned so much and come home with new goals and inspiration.

2026 NCTA Collegiate Team Trials ⭐️🇺🇸
We are proud to announce that Audrey Kohlman won a spot on the 2026 Collegiate National Team and will represent USA at the 2026 FISU America Games in Lima, Peru in July!
Starting Taekwondo only three years ago at Cornell University, Audrey now lives in Colorado and trains at InSeng Taekwondo in Boulder with Coach Ivan and Coach Lee. This is the first time she has made a National Team. Coach Ivan and Coach Lee have worked together to qualify at least one athlete for Collegiate USA Team each of the last four years (this is now the fifth).
Also congratulations to Dipo who also started Taekwondo at Cornell and put up a great fight in the featherweight division.
Thank you to coaches and athletes for representing InSeng. We are so proud of your hard work, dedication, and leadership at our school! You’re inspiring all of us to dream big and chase after our goals!!
