The story - @tommyechelon and I had been part of House Nation on Wild 949 for a bit at this point thanks to @stjohnsofierce and this opportunity came for us to play on the main stage right in the middle of some crazy headliners. Did we deserve to be there? Probably not. We weren’t even on the flyer but a last minute squeeze on the website. We had basically 15 minutes (was originally 30 but show life). No phones just this video as the only proof we were there and played lol.
I opened with Space Invaders and Tommy came right in with CZR- Bringing the funk.
Our whole crew was ready to make the most of it. We still got to see a crazy concert.
Moral of the story is always be ready. You just never know.
Oh and @dj_beaukelly is throwing a 90s rave party on Saturday night if you wanna flash back.

Life of a house DJ cosplaying as an open format DJ weekend edition..
(TLDR - 3 days of gigs and I’m so tired with hella stories.)
Friday deserves its own post but I will make it short for this one. Our little @wolfpackvibez hosted @justinmartin and welcomed him to the den with open arms, a SOLD OUT SHOW, and flowers (thanks @laflora.designs )to match. I also had the responsibility of building our dancefloor and prove again why opening DJs are so damn important. I held this mid level energy bounce that I’m guessing people love cause I had it packed when I got off.
I felt very important not only on the decks but in another situation I’m not sure I can explain. But I made a new friend. 🌸🐈 ..
Blessed to be on this ride with @mayday_malarkey@tommyechelon and our pack. Sheesh.
Saturday brought my 2nd wedding of the season with @detaileddreamsevents and our amazing vendor team of all stars. Not only did I DJ the wedding but @retrop.itsme and I tech-ed a freaking grand piano concert during dinner.
Finally Sunday I was back at @lambertbridge doing their annual Rosé release pink party. I threw everything and the kitchen sink at this dancefloor and for 3 hours they didn’t stop dancing. I even got some amazing ice cream from @ilichinchilli and @nimbleandfinns but took the worst selfie ever.
Now I’m finally home under a Dino blanket and my switch. Ready to hug my kiddos and shut down for a few days.
Thank you to everyone and everything that was a part of this weekend. I go rest now. San Pancho next.

If you haven’t heard yet @macskinner , @urndj and myself started a company called “Wine Country Audio Visual”
Our primary focus will be A/V support for mid sized events and corporate functions. I will also be folding my wedding stuff here and will look to start training new DJs as I slowly start to focus more on support.
I can’t believe I’m a legitimate business owner now and thank you to everyone that has helped us on the way here.
