I watched Project Hail Mary the other day and since then my mind has been in space. I thought about how cool caring and being kind are. I thought about how much I love friendship. I listened to things about the moon yesterday. And I cried about how a man dedicated an unseen portion of the moon to his deceased wife. And then I cried more because love is cool. And then again because I got to know some people who aren’t here anymore. And I dedicate some unseen parts inside of me to them forever. And I sat and looked at the lake by myself for a long time. And I thought about the ocean and how much I miss it even though it’s also my biggest fear. And then I thought about how it’s all connected in the end. We’re just all interwoven with a little red cord of fate. And when you look at that picture from the moon to earth, it’s everything you know. Everyone you’ve ever met, seen, heard, thought of is right there- in that picture. Everyone who ever existed or will exist is right there. Forever.
