My bro @elllio is having a hell of a season with @umichbball 💪
Everybody sees the work on the big screen… but most don’t see the off-season grind.
One of the hardest-working players I’ve ever been around.
Since 7th grade, we’ve been in the Lab, and he ALWAYS shows up. No shortcuts. No excuses. For 8 years.
This off-season was locked in on shooting. Dialed all the way in. And when the work ethic is real, it always shows.
For all the young’s out there, just know, that when you’re watching Elliot hoop, he’s put in ten thousand hours + . Two a days, for years. He was patient, kept his head down, and never cheated the grind. And… you can too.
Keep going, E. Proud of you 🤞🏽🔥
History Last Night @unrivaledbasketball 😤😤 21,490 fans 👀. Highest attendance ever.
Proud of the gang. Through all the adversity, we keep fighting. Hell of a game. INSANE atmosphere. Hell of an experience. Blessed to be a part of it.
Shooting Momentum 🔑 @hoopstudy Phase: 4 Chaos. Corner Lift/Wide Pin Shooting Drill.
Being able to sprint into shots with balance and without breaking any momentum is one of the most important skills high level shooters possess.
Younger players really struggle to find balance out of this. Which is why relocation catch and shoot at times can be difficult for them.
Try this drill out 💪

The Power of YET 🗣️
How we speak @hoopstudyacademy
We support each other.
We speak belief into each other.
We challenge each other’s standards.
And we NEVER talk ourselves out of our future.
“I can’t” becomes “I can’t YET.”
This is the culture.

PARENTS: Comment Path for Mentorship… The child’s play should never determine the mood of the weekend. Tournaments are GREAT. Enjoy them without hanging onto every play.
Don’t let the weekend become a performance review in a new hotel room.
Tournament weekends are a gift. Enjoying the moments as family regardless of the score is what matters most.
