A no nonsense club tool built strictly for the dancefloor. Say It Like (Tekked Out Mix) leans into a dubby, groove soaked sound that’s equal parts heady and dancefloor ready.
Crafted with the raw spirit of early 2000s house music in mind, this mix is designed to slot perfectly into peak time sets or to drive momentum in the late hours. Heads down, groove first.

003 is here and this one is special!
Our first VA welcomes three new incredible artists to Dubble, alongside the always-reliable bop from Brennan.
Kicking things off is @louji_______ “Genesis” which features a raw, driving bassline that sets the tone for the EP. Huge samples in this one give Brennan (Brennan’s West Coast Dub) the freedom to have his touch and spin on what is a very smooth remix.
B1 “Slow & Slow” comes from our new friend from the other side of the world. New Zealand’s @djname__ arrives on Dubble with a charismatic track that provides magnetic energy. Finally, B2 sees @fraserhenton deliver a cut that’s Dubble to a tee: raw dub sounds and textures that completes an EP we’re seriously proud to share.
A1. Louji - Genesis
A2. Louji - Genesis (Brennan’s West Coast Dub)

B2. Fraser Henton- Sunshine Parsha

Welcoming Tangle’s newest addition, @djname__
Originally from Aotearoa New Zealand and now based in Naarm, DJ Name works within the deeper end of house music with a clear focus on club function and longevity.
His productions have appeared on @dubblerecords , @pepper.recs , and a range of other independent labels, often favouring restrained arrangements, swung percussion, and low-end designed for sound systems rather than streaming metrics. The music reflects a producer-led approach to DJing, with records that sit comfortably across extended sets and varied dancefloor contexts.
Outside of his own output, DJ Name runs @pepper.recs , a label he co-founds and curates. The imprint has developed a reputation for understated, club-focused house music, supporting both local and international artists while maintaining a consistent sonic identity.

Rounding out the night is @searl.ait , head of the recently launched and already revered label @esensua.l , plus agency boss @chark.girl .

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people as the traditional owners of the land on which we gather and pay tribute to elders past, present and future.
Final couple weeks in NZ and it’s starting to feel real now!
Been reflecting on how much has happened in what feels like such a short amount of time. I’ve been so lucky to have grown up in this beautiful country and feel very privileged to be apart of the wonderful little house music scene we have here.
A lot of it comes back to the people. The friends I’ve made here and the ones who’ve been around through every stage that feel like family - that’s the hardest part about leaving, but at the same time there’s a lot of excitement for what’s ahead.
NZ has taught me so much about myself - how to trust my instincts, how to stay patient, how to keep showing up and putting the work in. I’ll always love this place
Ka kite anō, Aotearoa ❤️
back at @drmorsebar next month after a short break through the beginning of the year, this time with some new friends from across the yarra and the pond. free, all day and all night 💟
First up for the year is @djname__ with a three-track tribute to Ink Bar - a small independent house club that helped shape Auckland’s underground.
A1. Andy’s Big Bender
A2. One 2 Many
B1. Sticky Floors
More than just a venue, Ink Bar was a community space that nurtured artists, DJs, and dancers, and helped define a generation of local club culture.
For DJ Name, it’s where the foundations were laid. Before Pepper Recs became a label, it began as a party series run at Ink Bar itself. Those nights built a close-knit community of friends around house music and eventually evolved into Pepper Recs.
An Ode to Ink reflects on the importance of grassroots venues and the cultures they sustain - past, present and future.
Available for Pre-Order Via Bandcamp.
