This past weekend at @flashypartydc was extra special 🙌🏾. My good friend and mentor @djedbailey made his @flashypartydc debut on the roof, and he absolutely crushed it—keeping the roof hopping all night long 🔥.
He’s given me opportunities over the years that I’ll never take for granted, and I deeply admire his passion for the community and the music. Grateful to learn from him, celebrate with him, and call him a friend.
(We did not plan to dress alike. Great minds just think alike)
Many of you may know that I have been producing the opening party for DC Pride, called RIOT, for the last few years. This year, for World Pride, I’m doing something bigger. I’m helping to produce FULL BLOOM. An indoor/outdoor event on the campus of the old BET sound stage. There will be multiple warehouses with different djs and acts. Flower Factory is anchoring one room and Sweet Spot is anchoring an entire warehouse of their own. It’s going to be a giant event in a new space for a special weekend.
Also, we are not entirely done announcing our line up….

🎉 **Memorial Day Weekend at Flashy** 🎉
I’m beyond excited to return to DC for an amazing night at Flashy! It’s my first time back DJing in DC since moving to Los Angeles, and I can’t wait to reconnect with all of you on the dance floor.
This night holds even more meaning because we’ll be joined by the incredible DJ Ed Bailey—a mentor, a good friend, and someone I deeply admire. It’s his first time playing with us, and he’ll be bringing his magic to the rooftop. You’re in for something truly special.
We went out tonight to Annie’s to celebrate Ba’Naka’s 40th birthday.
Knowing Ba’Naka as long as I did, I can confidently say that I would have never thought I would ever earnestly say: I miss you Ba’Naka. 😘❤️❤️👩🏻🎤🧚♀️🍸
