Six years of FURTHER Weekender!
From June 5–7 we come together across three cities, celebrating the journey, the community, and DJ Bone’s birthday.

June 6 — RADION
June 7 — Ampere (daytime session)
Across the weekender, we host the project of DJ Bone & Zack Fox, a rare B2B that will move through cities with intention. More than a set, it’s a meeting point: Detroit roots, new energy, humor, depth, and everything in between.
This one carries weight: honoring techno’s Black Detroit roots, bridging generations through mentorship, and creating space for the music to challenge, connect, and go deeper.

This is exciting and especially humbling.
When my Manager told me that they wanted to put me on a cover I asked if she was serious. Not that I didn’t think I’ve earned it, it’s just that seeing an underground artist on the cover is a very rare sight.
My 35 year career is older than the majority of the mag’s readers yet the vibes we create together make me feel younger every time I play.
I enjoy being true to the roots while still experimenting and pushing past what is currently accepted as DJing.
For me it’s always been about the music and the art of DJing. Never sought fame, never followed trends, just wanted to be able to make a meaningful career out of doing what I love.
Thanks again DJ Mag for shining a very bright light on this underground artist. I very much appreciate this.

This lineup brings together multiple generations of artists whose influence can be felt far beyond Detroit. From foundational pioneers to boundary-pushing new voices, each artist carries their own history, perspective, and energy into this event, shaping a night rooted in community, culture, and connection through music.
These are the artists who continue to shape dancefloors, inspire scenes, and create spaces where music becomes something bigger than itself. Bringing all of these artists together in support of Homeless Homies makes this fundraiser especially meaningful to us.
Thank you to every artist involved, to Paxahau, El Club, and to everyone supporting the cause. Detroit on May 25th will be something special.
We close our 6-year anniversary weekender on Sunday, June 7th, with a special daytime gathering at Ampere.
Starting at 16:00, expect a high-energy session that carries through the afternoon and into the evening, built for the dancefloor but shaped by the openness of the day. A different setting, same intention.
At the center of it, DJ Bone & Zack Fox go beyond a standard B2B, an exchange between generations and perspectives, rooted in Detroit and pushed forward in real time. With support from Ellaweeez and local Herton.
FURTHER is about creating space for connection, awareness, and for the culture behind the music to be felt in its full depth.

The second stop of our anniversary weekender, June 6th, brings us back home.
RADION, where FURTHER first took shape, now the setting for our 6-year anniversary and DJ Bone’s birthday celebration.
On the night: DJ Bone b2b Zack Fox, Ellaweeez, Ellis, alongside FURTHER residents Mr Andy, Seven, and Yeti Mind Tricks.
Across the weekend, the DJ Bone & Zack Fox collaboration continues its journey, evolving from city to city. Rooted in Detroit, but reaching far beyond: a shared language of rhythm, spontaneity, humor, and depth.

A master from Detroit meets a global multidisciplinary artist and while you may not immediately put the two together, this is where the magic of the unknown comes to fruition.
DJ Bone b2b Zack Fox is a techno pilgrimage for all involved, both on deck and in front of them.
A very rare UK appearance of this incredible session takes place at Amber’s this June. We don’t know what’s to come, that’s the beauty of it.

Homeless Homies always carries something special. We’re back in Detroit for the first time since 2019, where it all started. Coming together with a shared intention: community, connection, and giving back.
In a city that means so much to all of us, during a weekend that celebrates its legacy, this feels more than meaningful. Expect depth. Expect soul. Expect something beyond the dancefloor.
