It’s our pleasure to share the success of last Friday’s Opening Event for ‘Takuma Fujisaki’s Mogols: A Hong Kong Fashion Collaboration with FIP & DIP’ Exhibition and Pop-up at The Fashion-Pop of DX design hub. Thanks to the distinguished industry guests, fashion enthusiasts, Mr. Fujisaki Takuma and the designers who participated, the entire event was filled with an atmosphere of inspiration and creativity✨
This groundbreaking collaboration marks the first showcase at The Fashion-Pop, where Hong Kong Design Centre joined forces with Japanese Artist, Mr. Takuma Fujisaki, alongside 12 innovative fashion designers from the Fashion Incubation Programme (FIP) and Design Incubation Programme (DIP) to introduce a unique project. Together, they crafted special outfits for the 26cm tall MOGOL ALIEN figurines, representing a fusion of art and fashion. The lineup includes designer brands like Ponder.er, Wilsonkaki, ANGUS TSUI, YMDH, KowloonCityBoy, CYNTHIA & XIAO, Nilmance, KEVIN HO, Blind by JW, Oplus2, Forme de Fluidité, and WomenHumanYouth. The exhibition not only showcases the captivating Designer Collection of the MOGOL ALIEN but also presents the diverse collections of all 12 participating designer brands, providing a wonderful opportunity to explore the distinctive signature designs of each designer.
