Feeling a bit nostalgic remembering one of the most incredible dives I’ve done in the past few months!
Getting to accompany Robbie @robbieschmittner into the Akumal Fracture and photograph it was one of the best adventures of the year!
Accessing through a mangrove, surrounded by nature and roots, with the contrast of light guiding us into the darkness to witness that fracture in the earth—it was raw, powerful, magical.

Photographing Hannah in one of our fave spots for a cave photo shoot!
A beautifully decorated main line with reflections; and some narrow passages…
Can you guess which cave this is? 🖤

~ Nothing extraordinary comes from comfort.
When was the last time you did something that truly pushed you beyond your comfort zone?
What I love most about diving — and what keeps motivating me to continue training — is the constant opportunity to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and unlock new possibilities for future projects and expeditions.
CCR training came into my life during a moment filled with uncertainty and vulnerability. Sometimes you never really know if it’s the “right” time, but you choose to go for it anyway, embracing every emotion that comes with it.
👀 Do you agree?

A small moment for me, captured in these portraits.
Only few months ago, I didn’t imagine I would be here. Things don’t always happen when you plan them… sometimes they arrive quietly or later in life, when you least expect it.
I’m still fully focused on underwater photography, that’s always been my path. But learning CCR, taking the time to understand it and really work on it, feels like the next step. One that I know will open new locations, new opportunities, new ways of seeing.
For now, just trusting the process… and enjoying where it’s taking me ✨

Logging hours on the Kiss Sidewinder 🖤
A few shots of how stunning Cenote Yaakun is right now. Can’t wait to go back with the camera, but step by step with the focus of progressing on the path to CCR Cave!
I’ll be sharing soon how I plan to train different scenarios and problem-solving in each dive, with a strong focus on safety and control.
Back to more cavern diving very soon this week… and maybe it’s time to organize a day in Cozumel too? I’d love to take the CCR out into a different environment!
Also training while on your MOD 1? Would love to hear your thoughts 🙌🏽

Diving in a cenote = diving through history. ✨
Every formation you see took thousands of years to grow… and seconds to damage…

I am a deeply sensitive person whom life ~ and that call to adventure through diving, underwater photography, and its more technical environments ~ has shaped into who I am today.
I avoid empty criticism, falsehood, and relationships that lead nowhere. I never did this for attention; long before social media existed, it was already my dream to do what I do today.
Sometimes, choosing the path you love is hard: embracing opportunities, climbing uphill, sacrificing so much… and still not always being “liked” and mostly “hated”.
This year has been especially difficult: a hand injury, physical pain, and also the emotional weight of feeling rejected by people who were once close.💔
But all of this, inevitably, makes you stronger.❤️🩹🫰
Today, I feel deeply grateful to have returned to my lifestyle~work a few months ago, to feel that drive again… and to receive the support of so many people ~ many of them strangers who became friends, and others who are yet to come.
And thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to those who truly stand by me and support me in my hardest moments.
More love, less jealousy.
We only have one life. 😘
Episode 34 is LIVE!!!
This one takes you deep, into darkness, precision, and pure underwater artistry.
I sit down with Carolina Wells of Dive Wells - cave diver, underwater photographer, and someone who has turned some of the most extreme dive environments on the planet into visual masterpieces.
We talk about what it really takes to shoot inside cenotes and caves…
The discipline, the risk, the planning - and the mindset behind capturing those surreal images you see online.
This isn’t just photography.
This is control, awareness, and respect for an environment that doesn’t forgive mistakes.
If you’ve ever wondered what goes on behind those shots, this episode is for you.

POV: you’re a cave photographer taking on the MOD 1 CCR with the KISS Sidewinder.
At @protecdivecenters 🖤
As a cave photographer, I wanted to take full advantage of rebreather diving:
Longer dive times, greater gas redundancy, and the ability to safely push into deeper environments in the near future. It opens the door to new photography projects that are simply not accessible on open circuit.
Diving on CCR also means:
Less percolation, minimal impact on the cave, and the chance to capture clean reflection shots without disturbance. Also in open water, it allows me to get closer shots to marine life without scaring it away.
I chose this unit for its simplicity and reliability. It’s easy to understand, easy to repair if needed, and most importantly, it lets me stay in my sidemount configuration, my go-to setup for cave diving, without completely changing my gear setup.
I’ve just finished my @kissrebreathers course (MOD 1) at Protec Dive Centers, and I’m excited for what’s ahead:
More dives, more learning, and continuing toward Cave CCR and MOD 2 in the near future.
Silent diving is calling! 🤫💗
