Our guest for this event is the wonderful Elizabeth. Together, we’ll be discussing loss, divorce, and what happens when we have to start all over. We’ll explore the reconfiguration of your life, your finances, your sense of self, and your mental health and wellbeing. This conversation is for those navigating any kind of loss, be that the end of a marriage, friendship, work, life in general and a sense of stability. We’ll look at what comes after — the practical realities; the emotional shifts; the questions around identity, stability, and starting again. We will unpack how to rebuild with intention — how to make sense of money, how to make decisions from clarity rather than fear, and how to begin shaping a life that feels like yours. This is not about quick fixes.

It is about understanding what has changed, and choosing how you move forward. This event is digital and free for all to attend. Sign up at /pages/events - - - - - - - - #divorce #mentalhealth #wellbeing #identity

If you have known our work for a long time or engaged with it before, you know that health and wellbeing is central to everything we do and believe in. So we are very excited to bring you (Un)well, a gathering in partnership with Chiije on navigating mental health. This is not a wellness seminar. It is not a panel of people who have it figured out. It is an honest conversation about mental health, because all of us are navigating it in some way, on some day, in some season of our lives. What it actually looks like, what helps, what does not, and what it means to be a person who is sometimes fine, sometimes not, and mostly just figuring it out. We will have real talks, open and honest conversations, and share tools that actually help. Some of our speakers include Chisom Udeze, Economist, CEO of Chiije and Executive Director at Diversify, Wenche Fredriksen, Head of Inclusion and Diversity at DNB, Martin Sundberg, CEO of Wrixit, and more. 20 May | 13.00 to 16.00 CEST | Sentralen, Oslo Book your spot at the link in our bio.

On the Radical Justice website, I’ve been gathering organisations working at the heart of the issues in the book – and LGBTQI+ rights is one of them. Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, feels like a good moment to share some of them. Swipe through to meet some of the organisations doing this work – from those centring and celebrating LGBTQI+ communities, to those working intersectionally across multiple struggles. If you are in a position to support any of them, even a small contribution goes a long way. Conversations with Chiije. 🤍 We ask our founder, team, and friends questions. They know it’s coming — they just don’t know what we’ll ask. Today, we asked Chisom (paraphrased): What’s an outdated norm you’d like to see end? Her answer: Women outsourcing their financial power to their partners. Money is not neutral. It’s agency. It’s freedom. And too many women realize this only after it’s too late. —— This is why we’re hosting: Rebuilding After Divorce: Life, Money, and Identity with the brilliant @elizabeth.sturdy 🤍 Divorce is not just an ending. It’s a reconfiguration of your life, your finances, and your sense of self. This conversation is for those navigating what comes after. The practical realities. The emotional shifts. The questions around identity, stability, and starting again. We’ll explore how to rebuild with intention — how to make sense of money, how to make decisions from clarity rather than fear, and how to begin shaping a life that feels like yours. This is not about quick fixes. It’s about understanding what has changed, and choosing how you move forward. Sign up at /pages/events - - - - - - - - #women #finance #marriage #financialfreedom

What if “wellness” made room for being unwell too? Mental health does not always look like collapse. Sometimes it looks like functioning while carrying far too much. On 20 May, Diversify and Chiije are hosting (UN)WELL — an in-person gathering in Oslo for honest conversations about what it actually means to navigate mental health while doing life. 📍 @sentralenoslo 🕐 13:00–16:00 🤍 Limited free tickets available We hope you’ll join us. (Un)well is a gathering for anyone navigating mental health while still having to show up to their life. For the person carrying grief into work because grief does not wait for a convenient time. For the person managing anxiety so quietly that nobody around them even knows. For the person who has been running on empty. For the man who has never really had a space to talk about any of this. For the woman who is holding everyone else together while her own foundation quietly cracks. This is a space to stop performing. To be honest. To hear from people who are living it too and finding their way through, not perfectly, not linearly, but genuinely. Some of our speakers include Chisom Udeze, Economist, CEO of Chiije and Executive Director at Diversify, Wenche Fredriksen, Head of Inclusion and Diversity at DNB, and Martin Sundberg, CEO of Wrixit. Join us on 20 May from 13.00 to 16.00 CEST at Sentralen, Oslo. Book your spot at the link in our bio. #MentalHealth #MentalWellness #Event #Oslo

Happy Mother’s Day. Today, May 10, mothers are celebrated in countries across every continent. To the mothers who carried. To the mothers who adopted. To the mothers who fostered. To the aunties who stepped in. To the grandmothers who raised second generations. To the women who mother children who aren’t legally theirs, in ways seen and unseen, and in every way that matters. To the ones doing it alone. To the ones doing it partnered. To the ones doing it tired. To the ones doing it while building, working, grieving, and surviving. The world sees the love. It rarely sees the labor. The invisible work. The emotional load. The constant negotiation between who you were and who you’re becoming. The choice to show up, again and again, even when you’re depleted. Motherhood is rarely Instagram-worthy on most days. It’s manual labor. It’s choosing someone else, while still trying to choose yourself. And it’s not something you earn rest from. You deserve rest because you’re human. So today, and every day: rest if you can. Ask for help if you need it. Know that the hard work you’re doing matters — even when no one’s watching. We see you. We honour you. With love and profound admiration, The Chiije team 🤍 - - - - - - - - - - #mothersday❤️ #happymothersday2026 #motherhood #motherhoodjourney #mother

🥹 A year ago, I almost didn’t make it. And I for sure didnt think I would be able to stand on a stage ever again. A couple of months later, I did exactly that. Despite all odds. I told my story for the very first time at the annual Diversify conference, in front of hundreds of people. And what happened in the room and the following conversations was pure magic, we connected as human beings from heart to heart 🫶. I tried to pretend, I tried to carry the shame, I tried to take all the hits, I tried to take the blame for everything, I tried to fit in, I tried to live up to other peoples expectations, I tried to keep it all together. 💔The weight became to heavy, and it almost killed me. Now Im in the process of giving back all that was never mine to carry, and the shame of being me stops now. Later today, the CEO of Diversify Chisom Udeze and I invite you to join a digital fireside conversation about what limits, breaks or in worst case kills us; THE SHAME which comes from discrimination, carrying the burden of life by ourselves, stigma around mental health or just feeling different. 👉 Everyone is welcome, so if you havent registered yet, feel free to join us 06.05 12-13 pm, through link in story. We all deserve to live great lives, being our authentic selves, with no shame. We hope you will join us, so we together can put an end to shame once and for all 💪 💬 What parts of yourself did you once feel you had to hide?

Tomorrow we’re co-hosting a conversation on Unlearning Shame in Mental Health: Tools for Thriving from 12.00 to 13.00 CEST. The shame around mental health, the kind that makes you minimise your own pain, push through when you shouldn’t, or stay silent because you’re not sure anyone will understand, that shame is still very much exists. In workplaces, in families, in our own heads. Chisom, Executive Director at Diversify and CEO of Chiije, will sit down with Chris and they’re getting into all of it. The shame that doesn’t go away just because you know better. The cultural and workplace pressures that keep people silent. The breaking point that comes when you’ve ignored it too long. The practical tools that actually help. Join us tomorrow. It’s the kind of conversation you’ll probably find yourself thinking about afterwards. Free to join and held digitally | 12.00–13.00 CEST. Sign up for Zoom link. Link in our bio. #event #MentalHealth #Shame #MentalHealthAwareness #FreeEvent
