Ten years since leaving Le Reve. A lifetime ago. There's so much I wish I could have told that version of myself. But she grew, she learned a lot and she persevered. From the little girl in Trinidad who loved gymnastics and dance...to Le Reve. I couldn't conceive it in my wildest dreams. I received many messages at the time, from fellow Trinis in the audience, proud to have one of their own on that stage. And I too was proud.
