The Government doesn't know.
Where are overdoses most likely to happen?
It doesn't know that either.
So we decided to find out.
We sent Freedom of Information requests to every ambulance service in Britain.
The data reveals a crisis that has spread to new cities and regions over the past year.
In 2022, a flood nearly wiped the Australian town of Lismore from the map.
In the aftermath, the government told its residents to sell up and leave.
But not everyone listened.
Four years on, a few locals remain, squatting in the shells of surviving buildings.
