For the first time, we turned our 2026 calendar into a playground for 12 local artists and designers.
People often think of Batam as a transit point, an industrial zone, a place you pass through, or maybe just a place where you buy your phone.
With this project, we wanted to flip that narrative a bit. We turned every month into a small stage and asked 12 local artists and designers from Batam to step into it. Each one came with their own approach and visual language, forming a calendar that jumps between styles but still feels connected.
Our hope is that projects like this can help more people, including decision-makers, see that the creative industry is also a meaningful part of the local economy. With consistent support, it can influence how a city grows.

A Series Of — QUESTION EVERYTHING
This project came from a lot of personal frustration over the last two years. I felt lost without a place to ask questions, without a mentor, without anyone to critique or guide me. Maybe it was my fear of asking, or maybe there just wasn’t anyone to turn to. But I quickly realized that this wasn’t just my experience. Many of my closest friends felt the same way, unsure of what the answer, or even what to ask. That’s when I realized there was a bigger need for something like this.
we wanna help those who never had a mentor. The book is full of motivational, persuasive writing, quotes from movies that i personally watched and it also includes 147 ‘What Questions’ designed to guide people through their creative journeys and life decisions. It’s meant to inspire and give clarity to those who may feel stuck or uncertain.
