7 years ago, when we opened this taqueria, we had no idea the journey it would take us on or the doors it would open. Discada was born from a childhood dream, and staying true to that vision has always been our priority. From day one, we aimed to keep the quality and experience exactly as it was when we cooked for family and friends in the backyard.
Every chef and restaurant owner knows the amount of work it takes to stay consistent and keep your spirits high during uncertain times. The food industry can be cold, tough, and difficult - but the community that supports us are why we keep going. Our goal has always been simple: to make sure every guest leaves Discada with a full belly and a warm, welcoming experience.
Discada has been recognized by the prestigious Michelin Guide, and we are truly honored and still in disbelief. To be named among such incredible talent in Texas is a dream we never thought our little taco truck would reach, let alone to be part of the first-ever Texas Michelin Ceremony.
We owe this to everyone who has been part of our journey, including our incredible staff who makes sure our taqueria is outstanding. We promise to keep these tacos just as they’ve always been and to make sure there’s always a place for you at our corner taqueria. We love you all so much! ❤️

Beyond the moments or milestones, 2025 reminded us how lucky we are to do what we love and to keep growing.
