A lot of planning went into this one
This 8.5m long switchboard had to be transported to the Mt Martha Treatment Plant in one piece.
It was quite the rigging setup with the use of spreader bars, lifting bars and chains. We used shorteners on the chain slings to locate the centre of lift, (one end of the board was heavier).
CCT handled the lift at the pick up as well as the transport & a big thank you to the team at @directcranes were able to lift the board into the switch room.
