World Ninja League Season X has begun. On 4th/5th January 2025 we host our first qualifier of the season. 2025 also marks 10 years since True Function Ninja Training Ground’s first competition.
We have been hosting @worldninjaleague comps since 2017 (it was National Ninja League back then) and are super excited for season X.

🔥Repping some Skyhooks rope tech🔥 Swapping out a ring for a piece of rope 💪🏼 Training with the rope sure works the grip strength and is awesome prep for any vertical hold obstacles too! Now this is just so much fun and good HARD WORK!! If you can push past potentially a lot of falls/fails on first few attempts…. It is truly worth it!! Getting so much additional conditioning on my core & arms and has already enhanced my grip after just a few good sessions working this. 💪🏼😃👊🏼

The @worldninjaleague is the premier obstacle league of one of the world’s fastest growing sports in the world. Every year thousands of athletes compete around the globe in the hopes of becoming the next World Champion.
@true_function_ninja_training is proud to be hosting one of Europe’s WNL Qualifier competitions this season.
The competition is for everyone age 6 and up and will be a Flow Course format. It’s an exciting opportunity for some of you to compete in your first Ninja competition, while as others of you return for another TFNTG competition, we can’t wait for our ninja family to come together, cheer each other on and have a great time.

I set myself some goals to achieve by my 45th Birthday and being able to Muscle Up was one of them! Managed to achieve this goal a few weeks ahead of my deadline!! 💪🏼 I’ve been asked by so many people over the years if I can do Muscle Ups. Having had no desire to work on them again, due to tearing a rotator cuff over 20years ago by rotating one shoulder over the bar at a time instead of learning a clean technique… I decided I better get it done, put in the hard work and reps and learn the movement!! It’s with huge thanks to my Ninja Brother, gymnastics coach @nicksstupidmoments for working with me on technique and timing and with the continuous encouragement together with that of my biggest supporter @millycoward that I can now do Muscle Ups 🙏🏼. In fact, I lost count of the seemingly endless amount of attempts I performed in this session till I achieved this first one. I will always remember Emily keeping me so fired up and motivated… until I’d achieved over 20 Muscle Ups in all by the end of the session, with the most continuous being 5 in a row! It’s fair to say my triceps were on fire for days after!!!
