The tactile contrast between custom brick bulkheads, timber cabinetry, and softly fluted splashback creates a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The sculptural island, complete with curved edges and polished concrete floors, anchors the space with effortless sophistication.

This newly built home was all about pushing the limits of the footprint and making every square metre count. The brief was simple, maximise space and create a home built for entertaining, from the front right through to the rear.
Clean lines, strong form, and a layout that works hard without feeling cramped. The front entry features @jameshardieau cladding, adding texture and durability while keeping that sharp, modern finish.
