The cover and video for the track “Brick” for @mute.wav , where I used clips of insects and nature in the video montage, showing that life continues on many levels to the rhythm of the music. “What if the war really happens?” my mother used to ask me.
“Well, what if a brick falls on your head tomorrow? That could also happen,” I used to reply.
Just a few days before the war began, I was on my way home from a job interview when something huge and heavy fell from a roof just a few meters away from me. It was a brick.
During the war, I thought about that brick a lot. When a missile landed just a few hundred meters from our home in Kharkiv, I thought about the brick. Almost every time I survive a massive air attack, I think about the brick.
I wanted to write a poem about the brick, but the right words kept escaping me. So I decided not to chase any words — and made this track instead. Words by @mute.wav
Cover for the 20th release from @kirillkirik on his label @memoryremainslabel , where we used a photo of him on the full cover and I added the numbers XX and a sticker with the track list and all the information directly into the design (so that no one would tear it off), and on the second side, I suggested that Kirill write a handwritten text in honor of the 20th release and use it in the design to personalize the record more.

In 2025, I started designing covers and editing clips and visualizers for my gf @mute.wav tracks, which was a new and enjoyable experience for me. I’m used to working with static cover/album art rather than videos/animations, but it’s interesting and cool. Be sure to watch and listen, and show your friends. @mute.wav and her music are very cool. This track it’s a cover of @mitskileaks track “crackbaby”
