Ancient quick Alien art for Alien day. Why is there an Alien day? because LV-426...which was in...ALIENS, but that's the planet ALIEN was on...so, I guess it's fine.
Neill Blomkamp AD.
Images from a world I dreamt up ages ago after watching Eraserhead.
I wrote a short script that takes place in it and have been thinking of trying to film it again.
But I’ve also been tired.
FRANKENBEANS! I still enjoy storyboarding, but am rusty at it. Here's an old intro idea I boarded a year or so ago. It's a boss in the game I'm on: SWAP MEAT!
Check it out on Steam. Really hoping it catches on, love this game and love this team.

Thrilled to see Frankenstein take home a few Oscars. I had the chance to work on it a little bit by doing some keyframes that were laid out by the incredibly talented @guydavis.art It was only about a weeks worth of work, but so much fun.
These are the two images found in the artbook.
A few years ago @guydavis.art reached out for @realgdt and asked if I could paint up some of his keyframes for Frankenstein. I'll take any gig where I get to see new Guy Davis art (TBH, his were already perfect IMO), and anything Guillermo is making I want to be part of.
I was only on it for about a week and did just 5 pieces and I have to admit, I'd been mostly writing and doing creative/art direction for a while before this, so I was a bit rusty with keyframes (but the 2 I was most proud of actually ended up in the Frankenstein art book). A lesson was learned and I've been keeping up on my art skills since.
Honored to have been part of this film in any way.

Evening fanart for Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein, that is on Netlix starting today. It's still in theaters and I recommend seeing it there. Loved this film.
Should have laid out this image better...but it was just for fun and I had no idea where it was going. That's art I guess! 😅
