茶の味 Taste of tea poster Tea bag quick look 👀 Almost done making Taste of Tea project for next weekend Tokio art book fair. Without a doubt my favourite movie. 🎞️ This project is a love letter 💌 to it, tea, little tempo, each character and actor, mountains, & Japan my new host country. 💌🍵⛰️🎍 The teabags designs are a recreation of the flip-books seen at the end of the movie. For Akira, it is based on the curtain above his desk. 🎨🖌️ For Ayano, it is based on the outfit he wore the day he met her again. 🌅🍓 It’s a funny thing to spend a lot of time making something small. Last autumn 🥮 i gathered some new friends, fabric, and ideas to come up with a music video for 'moon, please', from Go Kurosawa's first solo album 'soft shakes'. Full moon release today 🌚 Thank you Go, Tomofumi, Datekun, Amamizu, Toyo, Fukki, Koyo & Yu 🪸🩵🪻💫 It was a lot of fun to create something together, cho future nostalgia. Last winter, Go Kurosawa asked me to make the visual for his first solo album, soft shakes. It is released today in the depth of summer. 🌺🌞🦋 you can find it on www.gurugurubrain.space The most talented person i know, asking me to do something i’ve never done before. 

 Sharing a studio, a home and life all together, i know Go more than I can express with words. 
 From the choice of papers, to the photo location, the shapes, how they balance each other, the colour combinations… Making the music took less time than the artwork 🙃 The picture was taken in my home region, where people get mispelled Amazing. 🏝️🐪🌴🏔️⛰️ The paper 🔖 & fireworks 🎇 come from Go’s home country. The rest is from a dreamy state of mind. ☁️☁️☁️
 I hope this artwork complements Go’s music, it’s a green thing, it’s full of, it’s gentle, with a heavy point, it drifts, it shakes, it’s bright, it’s sore desho? Thank you Go for letting me try something for the first time. 💗💗💗
