Choosing unity over ego.
Choosing community over division.
Choosing forgiveness over resentment.
Love of The Creator.
Love for ourselves.
Love within our families.
Love between partners.
Love for our people.
We don’t “fall” into love — we practice it. We build it. We protect it.
I went out into the community to ask some Quality Questions about what love really means in today’s world — and the answers were thoughtful and honest.

With so many poor examples of men in power—and on our screens—it can feel hard to even imagine what a good man acts like.
bell hooks reminds us: “What we cannot imagine cannot come into being.”
So I took that challenge to the streets of Columbus and asked everyday people a simple question: What qualities make a good man?
What surprised me was the consistency. Across ages and backgrounds, the answers echoed each other. It felt instinctual—like we know what a good man is… yet struggle to see it fully lived out in modern society.
Some folks even declined to answer, laughing as they admitted they couldn’t imagine a good man at all. That disconnect says a lot.
If we want change, we have to practice imagining and embodying it. I’m opening up space for that through conscious conversations and quality questions.

She wrote a book called Power Thoughts, where she emphasizes the importance of healthy mentalities that produce positive outcomes—and shares her life lessons with both children and adults.
