Creating a short documentary that covers 30 years requires wading through hundreds of photos and hours upon hours of footage. “AQUEOUS.” • So fortunate to frequently work with talented people. I met this director through long time friend and cinematographer Andrew Smith, who recommended me for the job. Daniel and I developed a friendship, and he accepted my recommendations for the entire post team as well. It’s a fun little short, and *disclaimer, was shot in 1.66:1…I cropped some frames for the sake of Instagram’s silliness. Daniel wrote a solid script, poured blood sweat and money in, and is an exacting director…it’s so fun to serve a film as editor, with a director who knows what they want but also how to collaborate.
