The Glow Circle- an extension of ITGlow and a space to thrive, speak and create. On Saturday the 9th of May, the vision of my team and I came into fruition. An emotional moment for me.
From the breathing exercises led by myself, to the coloring session sponsored by @relaks.coo , to the therapy session about self compassion led by @ibii.ayo and the elegant @funmto , to the products given by @mylabafrica
It was a space, a haven, a community. So much effort was put into this project and I can only be grateful for all that is about to come. @itglow.co is here to stay, people don’t realize they need to sit with their thoughts or be in a community until they find themselves within one.

The Glow Circle… an extension of @itglow.co took place yesterday and a time was had. Memories were made.
As someone who has always wanted to be in the wellness space; I feel so grateful I was able to pull this off. I can definitely call myself a wellness influencer now. I’ve always been an advocate for mental health and wellness so it felt so good having conversations yesterday about the things that truly matter outside this chaotic world. I’m thankful for my team, and everyone who had a part to play in the manifestation of this space, this community. This is the mark I want to leave on the world; to inspire, to give people the space to feel, reflect and love themselves wholeheartedly. I’m grateful to God for holding me together and to everyone who put their hands in one way or another. This is just the beginning of my wellness empire. Cheers to intention, emotions and clarity.
