The weather around Sembalun was predicted to be unpredictable.
The perforated collection by @optimisticrunners was on point. It protected me just right while still letting the breeze in when I needed it. I paired it with arm sleeves so I could regulate my temperature quickly. Arm sleeves up, arm sleeves down.
The vest from @wiseultrarunning is super light. I was a bit panicked when they delivered the package, I thought they had sent me the wrong order. I wouldn’t have thought an ultra vest could be packed so small.
The zip-up system is like no other, though it took me a while to get used to it.

The prototype sandals were like a 4x4 on off-road terrain 🚜 Loving them. Still need to bring the lacing system back to @pyoppfledge ‘s lab. Stay tuned!
