From braised pork rice and Taiwanese salt & pepper fried chicken to cocktails infused with elegant oriental tea notes, every dish and drink truly reflected BAR MOOD’s signature style. Some highlights that left a strong impression on me: ✨ Taiwanese Braised Pork Rice ✨ Taiwanese Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken ✨ Tea-forward cocktails featuring Oriental Beauty Tea and Jasmine Green Tea It honestly felt like I was suddenly transported back to Taiwan while sipping the cocktails🥹 What I’ve always loved about BAR MOOD is the way they reinterpret Asian flavors — turning familiar culture, memories, and tastes into stories through food and cocktails.
