💙VEGAN IN ROME💙 Wasn't in Rome for a very long time but safe to say it is GREAT for Vegans 😍 @buddyroma - Fully Vegan place, so many great options to choose from! I had the Cacio e Pepe, Bruscetta with scrambled Tofu, Jalapeno Poppers and Hazelnut & Peanut butter cheesecake. All of this was just delightful 🤤 @barlalicata - went here during a quick stop. Not a Vegan establishment but had some good options! I had the vegan breakfast deal with croissants and fruit salad, and may have taken some extra filled croissants to go 🤭😍 @ecruroma - another quick snack stop. This place is a healthy food spot. I had a hummus sandwich on protein bread, with some kale chips and an Avocado chocolate milkshake 🥑😍 @flower_burger - had the best selling Flower burger with wedges which did not disappoint 😍😍 Very very tasty and also, it was Purple 💜💜 @rifugioromano - I had a FEAST here haha. Started off with Vegan Moscardini (Octopus 😯) which was quite tasty, followed by "Vegan Devil of the Refuge" pizza, it was so yummy, especially the spicy Vegan salami. Then to finish off I had the Vegan three chocolate Semifreddo. So good, my only regret is not having the space in my tummy for more 🤣 definitely would love to come back here! @grezzorawchocolate - a Raw chocolate vegan place 😍 I had a delicious ice cream- chocolate hazelnut and Salted caramel 🤩 #veganrome #veganfood #vegantravel #veganism #veganlife

A short but wonderful trip to Madiera 🌤️⛰️ with some solid Vegan options: 📍Terra- Very warm welcoming vibe from the moment you go in. Multiple Vegan options, and the dishes were packed with lots of flavour! @terra.foodconcept 📍Mundo Vegan- fully Vegan restaurant. Wish I had the chance to try more things on the menu but managed to have the Lasagna and the Vegan carbonara which were delicious!! I may have gone back to get a chocolate tart to takeaway 🤭 @mundo_vegan1 📍Tasca da Maria - limited options but they were good! Enjoyed the Vegan Paella very much 😋 📍 Mya Petit Café- such a cute brunch spot with many Vegan options.
