📢 Workshop Announcements for Pride in Our Community! 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈
We're really excited to have Bollyqueer and Devilish Fashion joining us next weekend for Pride in Our Community 2026, 16th May - 11am-4pm on the Leith Links in Edinburgh!
🪩
@bollyqueer - Join us for an energetic, inclusive, beginner friendly Bollywood dance workshop led by the Bollyqueer team!
Bollyqueer is a dance space that aims to make Bollywood dance accessible and enjoyable for all. It is the UK's first and only all LGBTQIA+ POC Bollywood dance troupe, where movement isn't gendered, and performers are encouraged to wear clothing that makes them feel most comfortable. At Bollyqueer, we believe dancing is for everyone, so you are all encouraged to attend, regardless of experience or identity!
🧵
@devilish.fashion - Devilish Fashion is a sustainable fashion brand, focused on recycling and giving old clothes new life. Join us for the “Re-Work, Re-Use, Re-Love" Workshop. Bring along your unloved clothes, and have fun learning to patch, mend and rework old into new.
We are working in partnership with
@dqedinburgh and
@exhale.group , to create a pride that is accessible and inclusive for ALL. This is a space for us to strengthen community, share in our collective joy and anger – and demand better. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️💓
