Released in 2005 on UK based @defectedrecords who put out some of the best funky house, @martinsolveig ‘Everybody’ never failed to light up a dance floor. Around this time I was resident at a club called 176 in Bournemouth & I played this a lot. There also a great remix by the don @peteskiheller on the flip.
Still sounds amazing over 20 years later. Just goes to show good music is a bit like good wine.

Fittingly the pair kick things off with their own pitched-up 2026 take, a more thickset and muscular chunk of nipple-tweaking nu-disco/deep house fusion, before label chief @fingermandisco dusts down his TB-303 clone and delivers a fizzing 'Acid Disco' revision that's as breathless as it is sleazy. #45friday I had to get another 45s record box as my other bag was overflowing! I can (and do) now take another 150 #records to my gigs.
I always seem to take far too many records with me but I figure if you’ve got them there’s no point leaving them at home! I’d far rather be over gunned than under gunned.
