I recently wrote a song for the @unep with the amazing @fridaamaniofficial of Tanzania 🇹🇿 and they invited us to perform it at the opening ceremony of the #UNEA6 conference in Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪.
With an 8 hour time difference, we penned the song in 2 weeks but were only able to record when we both arrived in Nairibi.
We recorded in @bababrinkman 's Air BnB at 3am (he mixed till 5am) only 1 day before the performance (Shout out @mwadena_tu@frank_musiq )
We only did a few run throughs to manage logistics, and then we performed, Get with the Programme in front of 1500 presidents, delegates, representatives, and dignitaries to kick off the assembly.
I can't show enough gratitude to the UNEP (@annie.kay.47 and director @inger_andersen ) and the team @eventrapinc for their trust.

What is Supreme BARs?
This is the ultimate competition for MCs and Producers since this will be a challenge that combines BOTH elements into one event!
The gameplay is quite simple. MC's will freestyle over a subject chosen by the audience. They will be rapping over a local producer's beat. Opponents will do the same.
Judges will judge not only the artist who stuck closer to the subject but will judge the producers' beats as well.

At #cop30 Brazil, @nuclear4climate_ asked @eventrapinc to assist with an activation to raise awarenes about nuclear power as a safe, carbon-free energy source.
The activiation included handing out bananas to attendees, as a visual (and tasty!) reminder that living next door to a nuclear plant exposes a person to less radiation per year than you find in a single banana.
Armed with this information, artists @bababrinkman and @dexmcbean delivered a freestyle rap to amplify the message, transforming the activation into a spontaneous dance party with a catchy, topical, on-point chorus.
