Such an honor to see Kate & Allen’s wedding day on the front page of @stylemepretty ! Kate and Allen leaned into beach bliss with Pantone’s color of the year, mocha mousse. The couple wanted their reception to feel beachy, laidback, yet still elevated and warm. Their florals featured all neutrals and greenery that added a timeless touch. When selecting the Ritz-Carlton Amelia as their venue, the couple chose to embody a cool coastal aesthetic. Kate & Allen love to adventure when they aren’t in the office, and this destination seemed like the perfect fit to mix sun and sand with their black-tie festivities. Thrilled to see Courtney & Taylor’s wedding on Carats & Cake today! Courtney & Taylor shared their wedding day with family & friends under a stunning sailcloth tent adjoining the charming Sandy Creek Barn on Lake Oconee. Sailcloth tent, wild florals, and the dreamiest rustic details made for a wedding day that felt so true to our sweet couple. Guests were welcomed into the candlelit foyer of the barn for an intimate ceremony as the couple shared their vows. THE ART OF THE FLAT LAY | JULY 8TH Let’s get one thing straight: The details really do matter. Your clients spend months planning their wedding, expecting beautiful photographs of every intentional curated decision between them and their planner. It’s your job as their photographer to tell the story and highlight all of the little things that made their day special and personal. I have built a reputation over the past eight years as a highly detailed wedding photographer, specializing in flat lay photography. My couples always walk away with beautiful intentional, thoughtfully designed and planned out flat lay images in their galleries. I believe that all of those decisions leading up to the wedding day are so important and deserve to be captured equally as much as their portraiture.
