As I reflect in pictures on a year that is over.
I find myself drawn to the light
to the colours and
to the blurred moments.
No year would be complete without a good amount of blurry, smudgy moments.
But, I know
that there will always be light and
that there will always be colours.
Wow, time really does fly.
On the 15th of November 2015, I left South Africa and moved to the UK — it’s been 10 years.🤯🤯
Ten years of adventures, experiences, ups and downs, happy moments, sad moments, and everything in between.
I’ve made friends, worked in different places, travelled, and simply lived.
Thank you to everyone who has come into my life — to the ones who were there only for a moment and the ones who are still here today.

Our strawberry pavlova uses these freshly-picked strawberries from Annabel’s Farm and pairs light, crisp meringue with whipped cream and fruit for a simple yet elegant dessert.
