I hate to be the one to say this, I really do, but courage, noble intention and action are what anyone needs to be a leader especially when you don't have a title.
It may not be easy for you, especially with summoning courage when you don't have formal authority, but you must know that your community needs you, some people out there desperately need the clarity and leadership you'll bring. Someone out there will definitely benefit if you just step up to answer the clarion call to serve and lead.

Yesterday, my team and I were at the site of the unfortunate petrol tanker explosion in Matogbun-Lambe axis of Ifo LGA. We went to commiserate with the victims and residents, assess the extent of the damage and also see how we could come to alleviate the immediate suffering of the victims.
Commercial roadside shops within the area were not spared in the crazy fire that started when the tanker fell. Residents and onlookers present when the situation happened agreed that the bad road and the driver's negligence led to the fall of the tanker.
Thankfully, no lives were lost as people were alerted just in time to be hurt. Glory to God.
Now we need to work hard to see how palliative measures can be started on the roads so an unfortunate incident like this doesn't happen again. Mention must be made that as at the time we visited, the deputy governor of Ogun State, Mrs Noimot Salako-Oyedele; the incumbent House of Assembly Honorable, Hon. Ganiyu Oyedeji; the chairman of Ifo Local Government, Kikelomo Delano, and other notable dignitaries had already visited the scene. That's commendable.

APPARENTLY, I'VE BECOME A POLITICIAN. A politician on the quest for development.
From an appointed student prefect in primary & secondary school, to an elected student president on campus (OAU), to volunteering and working in the human capital development/charity-humanitarian/non-profit development initiatives space, to local community organizing and youth leadership, and now this.

Since September 2021 Fathia(left) and Akorede(right) have had their school fees paid for by Miss Wande who took interest in the two girls.
Akorede's mom, a single parent was having issues with paying her fees alongside those of her two older siblings.
Fathia's parents are absent, her father even more absent that her mom. Fathia lives with her grandmom who unfortunately doesn't have the financial capacity to pay her fees hence she was dropped out for a full session till the sponsorship was made available.
As the sponsorship was gender/financial vulnerability preferenced, Fathia and Akorede were very eligible for it at the time. Till this day, the sponsorship continues. All glory to God.
