Governor @devalpatrick is Black Excellence. From the Private Sector to Public Service, From Law to Philanthropy, he embodies realizing the Ancestors’ Dreams. Thank you Governor @devalpatrick for your endorsement and for saying that there are some moments and leaders we cannot afford to miss.
20 years ago, Massachusetts proved what’s possible when people come together, work across the aisle, and focus on delivering results.
Governors @mittromney , @devalpatrick , Bill Weld and I agree: that’s the standard—and it’s what government should do every day.
On Saturday, I stood with friends, neighbors and fellow citizens on the hallowed ground of Concord — where ordinary people once bled not just to say no to a tyrant, but to say yes to something better.
That’s still our calling. Not cynicism. Not nostalgia. Imagination, conscience and the courage to build something worthy of what this country has always promised. Thank you for showing up. Now let’s go do the work. #NoKings
Reverend Jesse Jackson was a relentless advocate for justice who demanded that America’s opportunities belong to every American. From the streets of Chicago to the national stage, he expanded the coalition for civil rights and economic fairness across faith, race, party and more, lifting the political voices of millions. His impact has shaped movements and leaders for generations. America has lost a champion of her best values, and I have lost a friend and counselor. Diane and I send our condolences out to Mrs. Jackson and the entire Jackson family.
If you have some time today, please watch the Reverend’s 1988 Democratic National Convention speech. One of the best ever. Link in my stories.
Today I’m proud to announce that Governor Deval Patrick has endorsed our campaign.
Working for him in the State House and on his campaigns, I learned first hand what real leadership looks like. His mentorship inspired me to service, and I’m honored to have his support. Let’s go!
I am deeply honored to have Governor @devalpatrick ’s endorsement.
Governor Patrick spent his career expanding opportunity, at the Justice Department, in the private sector, and as a groundbreaking governor who invested in education and communities.
I decided to run because Congress needs new energy, and our district needs stronger representation.
Change can’t wait in GA-13, and the future depends on what we do right now.
Setti Warren was a colleague in government, a true public servant, and a friend. He believed in the power of community, of service, and he was always ready to engage in the hard work of making things better. The residents of Newton, the students, faculty and staff of Harvard, and so many more were touched by his kindness and care. Diane and I are shocked by this loss and our hearts go out to his wife Tassy, his children Abigail and John, and all those who loved him.
“When you figure out
That you can figure IT out
You can do anything you want!!”
Out of everything I learned, that’s my biggest takeaway from having the pleasure of interviewing the former Massachusetts Governor @devalpatrick

Episode 31 drops TOMORROW with Deval Patrick. 🎙️✨
In this timely and thoughtful conversation, former Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick talks about what happens when politics turns into all-or-nothing thinking—and how we lose ourselves (and each other) in the extremes.
This episode is a reminder that courage and compassion can coexist, and that real progress lives in the nuance.
💭 “It’s not either/or. We have to get better at holding complexity—especially in the hard conversations.”
