Invited to go on board by
@captaincookfiji โs Sustainability Manager, I got to appreciate how they address environmental challenges while taking hundreds of tourists on cruises. They also seamlessly integrate local culture, from their songs and dances, kava ceremonies, and weaving to nature walks where we learned about the indigenous medicinal uses of native plants. The food was incredible, and the localsโ warm smiles make everything feel special. I made new friends โ marine biologists and tour guides whose passion was truly contagious. Exploring new reef terrains was a highlight, and of course, I captured the adventure with doodles and notes on my dive slate. ๐คฟ๐ชธ
