Hello everyone! Since we are introducing our new brand to you all, I thought it would only be right to introduce the face behind Destiny’s Pops! For those that have been following me from the beginning, there are so many new things to share with you! And to those new to Destiny’s Pops, WELCOME! I hope you enjoy learning about me.  So here’s a little bit about me... I'm a 25-year-old wife, mother of one, a faith believer, and, of course, an entrepreneur!   My name is Destiny Pullings. Some of you may know me by my maiden name, Destiny Graham. However, I recently married my childhood sweetheart in 2021, which gave me my new name! I was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, and I recently moved to the DMV area. I am a VCU graduate from the School of Business. I love all things girly, from fashion, travel, shopping, and, of course, baking.   As for my cake journey, it began at the young age of 12 years old. Growing up, I was being groomed and molded to be a successful entrepreneur. I now know that God was moving me into my "destiny" and  gift. At the age of 12, I told my mother, "I wanted to have my own cake business" so she invested in my God-given talent and enrolled me in baking classes. As they say, the rest was history.   In 2009, I started Cakes by Destiny. As a result of the excellent business sense and customer service, the business rapidly expanded. In 2011, Cakes by Destiny morphed into Destiny’s Pops.   So, fast forward to 2021. We evolved our brand of Destiny’s Pops to a more purpose-driven company. I felt the call to expand beyond the local homebase bakery, which I so loved for 12 years.   Throughout those 12 years, I have been blessed to work with amazing customers, build great partnerships, and receive tons of features and media appearances!   I’d love to get to know you all, so leave a sweet comment introducing yourself.    XOXO Destiny   A huge shout out to Bonnie from @D2DFocus ! After 12+ years of operating in business, there comes a time to reevaluate and make updates! With that being said, it has been a long time overdue to revamp our brand for Destiny’s Pops! We are thrilled to say HELLO to our new professional logo and GOODBYE to the cute cartoon logo because with all the big dreams and goals we have for our company comes the need for innovation and change.
