For me, leopard has always been my neutral. My go-to. My I said what I said energy. It’s bold without trying too hard. It’s confident. It doesn’t ask for permission and neither should we.
There’s something about stepping into what feels like you…whether that’s a print, a color, a voice…that shifts everything. It’s leadership. It’s presence. It’s walking into a room fully comfortable in your own skin and not shrinking to fit someone else’s expectations.

Pose 2: Sit on the edge of a stool, one leg straight with toe pointed, the other bent, hand behind you on the stool, lean back slightly.
Pose 3: Sit on the floor with your weight on one hip, top leg bent with the knee down and foot tucked behind, elbow slightly behind your hip, lift your waist off the floor.
