As we wrap up the year, we’re sharing a few milestones:
Main & Park - 2025 will see the completion of framing and rough-ins. Early in the new year, we’re moving into the insulation and drywall phase. We can’t wait to see the interiors come to life and the upcoming launch of project sales in 2026.
W13 | Kits - We are pleased to share that the development permit has been approved (subject to conditions). Early 2026 will see the detailed interior design process kick-off as we prepare to break ground on these beautiful homes in mid-2026.

E19 is our Net Zero duplex, nestled in one of the best pockets off Main Street.
Inspired by the colours of the west coast and timeless mid-century modern design, the interior palette is comprised of layered textures with unexpected pops of colour and geometry. Textured terrazzo tile is paired with warm wood millwork and picket stair feature to create calming, rich, and clean spaces.
As with all of our Net Zero projects, solar panels provide clean and renewable energy for everyday living.

A dedicated pantry keeps essentials neatly organized, with generous counter seating that turns meal prep into social moments.
