Harmony House
We worked closely with @brown_and_brown_architects on the design of this beautiful dwelling in Banchory, set over two stepped stories to accommodate the change in levels from front to back. Structural challenges included retaining walls to achieve the section and large overhanging eaves in two directions at high-level, which were suited to the CLT construction.

Haemart, our project in Comrie featured in the @guardian over the weekend.
Like almost all of our projects, we ended up having a really close relationship with our clients Jim & Frances to deliver a home which works for them, and Frances' sister.
Much of Loader Monteith's thinking and research on how to treat simple materials with real care, and on how to organise and create spaces which are tactile, warm and homely, is manifest in this project. We're really proud of the outcome.

Tulloch Cottage
This project is nestled on a hill with fantastic rear views up to the Campsie Fells. We worked closely with @brown_and_brown_architects on the design. The primary structural challenge was maintaining a slim roof edge profile whilst supporting a heavy green roof and achieving a glass-to-glass corner. Lovely photographs by @dapple.photography
