Hi, I'm Katie ✨💟🌸🪩.
You'd think after almost a decade of writing professional cover letters and bios that this introduction would be a breeze for me to write.... 🥲.
But alas, it is not, so I'll just do bullet points.
✨ I'm currently on career number three + will graduate from hair design in the Fall of 2025
✨My first career was 6.5 years in the Army, my second career was 7yrs in marketing and operations, but hair is what I have wanted to pursue since High School (Class of '07 🙈)
✨ My entire life I have been detail + aesthetic obsessed
✨ Serving others + solving complex problems (not math) motivates me daily
✨ I embrace failing, it's how I grow the fastest
✨ I'm an enneagram 1️⃣ + a ♊️
✨ I never settle for "good enough" or "just done"

I set up classes for others + I worked on models.
I donated my time to youth of Oregon (w/ @the_marine_barber_ )

TLDR: I had a month overflowing with growth + lessons, it was another four weeks of trusting myself (+ my gut), and I held space and compassion for all that gets shared with me while you're in my chair. I'm filled with gratitude.
