GE-OLOGY는 40년 이상의 경력을 지닌 볼티모어 출신, 브루클린 기반의 DJ, 프로듀서, 비주얼 아티스트다.
1980년대 초반 DJ를 시작해 Basement Boys와의 “Good Vibrations”로 등장했으며, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, De La Soul, Tupac Shakur 등과 협업하며 언더그라운드 힙합 씬에서 입지를 다졌다. 이후 다양한 장르를 넘나들며 활동했고, 2015년 “Moon Circuitry”로 주목을 받았다.
깊이 있는 셀렉션과 정교한 믹싱으로 알려진 그는 주요 페스티벌 무대에 올랐으며, Public Records에서의 올나잇 셋으로 독창적인 스타일을 보여준다
GE-OLOGY is a Baltimore-born, Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, and visual artist with over 40 years of experience.
He began DJing in the early 1980s and emerged with “Good Vibrations” alongside Basement Boys, later collaborating with Mos Def, Talib Kweli, De La Soul, and Tupac Shakur. Expanding beyond hip-hop, he has worked across genres, with his 2015 release “Moon Circuitry” gaining notable attention.
Known for his deep selections and precise mixing, he has performed at major festivals and is especially recognized for his all-night sets at Public Records.
