We're proud to share the completion of @covenant_house new headquarters—a space designed to support mission and community.
Delivering the final phase of a larger site development venture, our Project Management team led the transformation of this state-of-the-art office. An open floor plan, glass-paneled rooms, integrated branding, and custom vinyl artwork work together to create a flexible, collaborative workplace.
The result is a functional and inspiring environment that enhances staff and visitor experiences while reflecting CHI's vision and commitment to its community.

We are thrilled to share that the Fulton Community Reentry Center has won the Award for Excellence in Adaptive Reuse! 🎉
Located in the Bronx, this project is a powerful example of adaptive reuse - transforming an abandoned prison into a multi-purpose reentry center. Today, it offers 140 transitional housing beds, welcoming individuals returning home from long-term incarceration, serving as a space for community, education, and support.
We are honored to have been part of this project and excited to see more initiatives like this take shape.

A Campus Connected Through Thoughtful Design 📖
We are thrilled to share the transformation of @friendsseminary Upper School - a project shaped by thoughtful, and mission-driven design choices.
With just a 10-week construction window, our Project Management team led a full renovation, reimagining the Annex building as a modern, dynamic learning hub. Brightened stairways, custom millwork, and terrazzo floors inlaid with the school emblem, create visual cohesion across the campus. Welcoming students and faculty into a renewed environment that inspires learning and reflects the school’s values.
