From aesthetics to strength to mobility. ‘The gym’ started as a self confidence tool. The more I trained the better I looked, the better I felt about the way I looked. It was only to look good, over time I’ve been able to see the holes I created by making my image my focus. Now my performance and wellness are my focus. Learning about the connection between strength, rest and nutrition.

First off sorry for the late message I was in the dungeon.
Well done to everyone that attempted, supported and observed.
One of the key lessons here for me was that it’s better to reduce things gradually - to ensure a sustainable change.
Everyone works differently but I enjoyed the challenge and it will not be my last.
We are in the second week of September almost time for hibernation.
