Some pics from Quiet Beats in Cardiff earlier this month. Young d/Deaf kids from Cardiff had the opportunity to take up a week of dance sessions led by Billy and Ariel which they found enjoyable and a memorable experience.

Ariel and I are pleased to announce that we’re going to the world’s largest festival, Edinburgh Fringe, next week, and will be performing as part of @deafrave ’s party promoting Deaf identity and culture, at the first-ever Edinburgh Deaf Festival (one of the hundreds of festivals within the collective Fringe festival)

My Arts Council England commissioned show, Forbidden Identity, is currently on tour. I created the concept last year based on personal experiences of growing up Deaf in a hearing world.

On Wednesday my team performed at the Ultraviolet #purpleparty disability event for @virginmedia@o2uk in Reading. We had a fab time and even got to meet the hilarious @josierones - we were lucky to watch her live stand up comedy at the event and she had us in tears! #CogInTheWheel
