The love ya’ll showed us will stick with me forever. It was so encouraging to see how motivated ya’ll were to see us be recognized for our work ❤️❤️ AND THAT AINT OUR ONLY BIG RECOGNITION TO ANNOUNCE BAYBAAAYYY 📣📣 Between Deep Fried Beers and Night School we took home 5 NY State level medals and 2 NATIONWIDE medals in Untappd’s 2025 beer rankings!! Sometimes that means I’m workin so many days in a row that I’ve lost track of when I last had a break. Havin these moments of recognition is a meaningful reminder that we’re on the right track. We’re creating impactful experiences for folks in our immediate community and all across the globe. And we ain’t takin our foot off the gas in 2026 ya’ll. Expect expanded food offerings, even more dialed in pizza, new exciting beers, more and bigger live shows, slushies, coffee, brunch, glasses, merch, and most of all a whole ass brewery buildout throughout the remainder of 2026!! I’m amped for this summer, amped for this team, amped for our future, and amped to party with ya’ll 🥳🥳 There’s lots we can do better and lots we can do more of. BIG NEWS 📰 📰 @hopculturemag has named Deep Fried Beers & @nightschool4real as one of the best new breweries IN THE WORLD for 2024 🌎🌎🏆🏆 (link in @deepfriedbeers bio) This is probably the biggest industry distinction I’ve received in my career and I’m absolutely amped to have been included! Lots of really amazing brewers on this list and to be considered alongside them as one of the breweries comin out the gate strongest and doin big things means so much. Everyone here at DFB/Night School has been workin so hard to make this place into sumin special for the folks in our area, for those that visit from further afield, and for the folks that trade for our beers around the world!! We’re still a super small team of less than 10 folks and I’m so proud and excited by how many things we offer and do impressively well. It’s kinda crazy that we’re offering some of the best beer, pizza, and cocktails in the region and still can deliver a dang good wine list and some killer burgers too. And we’re doin it 7 days a week in a town of 4000 people!! And we got lots more fun stuff comin up! New German Pils goes on tap this week, we should be launching distro of Night School and relaunching distro of DFB by sometime in Jan, and hopefully starting brunch service around the same time. Gahdayum yall that was a crazy week 😮‍💨😮‍💨 We just had our top food sales and draft beer sales weeks of all time 🎉🎉🥳🥳 We cooked so much dang pizza I had to turn off online ordering yesterday so we had enough to serve guests at the bar!! Thanks so much to all the media groups that showed us love this week!! @tamarastarrny from @newschannel13 was out filming live segments at our spot early on Tuesday (I’d say bright and early but the sun wasn’t even up when we started 😆😆) @insideoutupstateny named us to their 2026 pizza shops hot list. @thedishing put our story and recent accolades on their front page, and @newyorkupstate ran an article on their website It was so cool to see a ton of new faces and make a bunch of new friends this week. And ofc gotta thank all our regulars that came out in force as usual. We had multiple birthday parties, karaoke, paint and sip, arts and crafts club, and open mic. The vibes were high as hell. It’s so exciting to see things coming together and I’m absolutely amped. If I’ve slept 15 hours the last 3 nights I’d be surprised but I woke up at 7:30 this mornin like I’d just got back from a tropical vacation. Can’t believe this time next week is 2 years. Looking forward to seein our bud @illuminatipizzahottie back in the kitchen for our 2 year reunion on 4/20. Most of all can’t wait to share more tasty snacks and delightful drinks with all ya’ll.

May need to put some limits on SCREAMIN COWABUNGA as high hop rate led to low yield. I’ll update the post and add to stories if that’s needed. SCREAMIN COWABUNGA - 9.2% HAZY DIPA absolutely screamin with 13+ lbs / bbl of hops. 10+ lbs / bbl of T90 pellets of our lot selected @yakimachief Citra and Simcoe plus @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin and Waimea. We take it over the top with 3+ lbs / bbl equivalences of Citra Incognito, Motueka Subzero Hop Kief, and @abstraxhops Nelson and Nectaron Quantum. SUPERSONIC BING BONG - 8.4% HAZY DIPA loaded up with 10+ lbs / bbl of hops. This one is rockin 7+ lbs / bbl of T90 pellets of our lot selected YCH Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe plus @hopproductsaustralia Galaxy. Then we amped it up even further with 3+ lbs / bbl equivalences of Citra Incognito, Citra Hyperboost, and Abstrax Citra and Galaxy Quantum. Me Gusta - 4.8% Mexican Lager brewed with @weyermann_specialty_malts Pilsner malts and flaked maize. Hopped on the hot side with Tettnang and a sprinkle of Freestyle Southern Cross with a light < 1 lb / bbl dryhop of Southern Cross. Crashed Super Slow to keep yeast active and lagered cold AF, this was an 8 week batch grain to glass. So crisp, so clean, lil corn, lil sulphur, lil floral spicy noble, lil lemon/lime NZ, delightful is an understatement. Can’t wait to share these beauties with ya’ll 🍻🍻
