🌊 FEBRUARY 26th🌊 Back at @thegoldmark next week with another Deep End. This month, @teddyeisenberg will be making his Goldmark debut and @rojowashere will be providing local support. A little about this month's headliner: Teddy Eisenberg is a Cleveland-based DJ and selector whose immersive sets move both body and mind. As the host of The Eisenberg Review on WRUW-FM 91.1 Cleveland, he explores disco, funk, soul, jazz, and forward-leaning dance music. Rooted in radio and record culture, he brings deep musical knowledge and an intuitive feel for the floor to every set. 9 PM-2 AM || NO COVER || EVERY LAST THURSDAY

🌊NOVEMBER 13TH🌊 Deep End is coming early this month, and @unknownphrazes will be coming out from Cleveland and blessing us with with a set. Also joining me will be @cophamusic and @produced.by.alynment . Expect lots of deep house, nu-disco, and maybe a little bit of tech house.

🎃OCTOBER 30|COSTUMES ENCOURAGED🎃 At the end of the month, @spooki_ will be making a stop at @thegoldmark for The Spooki Season Tour! We're throwing a big Halloween party at @deependpgh for the occasion! Alongside Spooki and myself, @djinceptionm will be laying down a sick opening set. You can expect lots of disco house for this one. A little about this month's guests: Born and raised on the small island of Kauai, Spooki delivers a melodic array of Disco, House, and Dance music. The young producer/songwriter draws inspiration from his island roots, and takes heavy influence from the smooth sounds of the 60’s and 70’s After seeing success in his remixes (notably the viral song “In Heat.”) Spooki has dove even deeper into the world of house music, combining Funk and Disco elements with more modern grooves to keep listeners grooving throughout the night. ------------------------- DJ Inception grew up in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, and fell in love with the world of DJing and BBoying when he was just 12 years old. His adventure took a fun twist in 2014 when he moved to Pittsburgh. Since then, he's had the opportunity to perform at events like the Dick's Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon. He's also had the joy of working with brands including Guess Jeans, American Eagle, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, and Duolingo. Some of his favorite styles of music to play are Funk, House, Afrobeat, and old school Hip Hop.

He got his start in Pittsburgh, making Hip-Hop and R&B beats for local artists. These days, he’s locked in on house music—spinning soulful, deep, and classic cuts, and crafting his own remixes, edits, and originals. With sets around Philly and beyond, TJ’s signature sound is catching ears and moving dancefloors. Andre Schrock, born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, is a DJ, and audio engineer. Specializing in electronic dance music (House & Dubstep) he has DJ’d at University of Pittsburgh’s Dance Marathon, Music and Drinks bar, Mi Ranchito, Pittsburgh Cafe, S Bar, Jekyll & Hyde, 2 Step Tuesday, and innumerable weddings. He has also worked with too many artists to count, as their front of house engineer, including Treasure Fingers, Mimosa, Seppa, Jozif, Bukez Finezt, DJ Skribble, S3RL, DJ Aphrodite, Ant TC1, Dada Life, and Ministry of Sound’s DJ Bailey. A Major milestone in his career was building a massive modular sound system with his dad that dramatically furthered his career on both fronts.

🌊JULY 31ST🌊 It's hard to believe that it's been a year since the first @deependpgh ! It's been an absolute blast playing deep house and disco-infused house for you all every month in the best DJ booth in the state. Joining me to mark this special occasion are @alldayrecess and @ggiirrllmmeeaatt . Come get groovy with us. Deals on Jack Daniel's from 10-12. A little about this month's guests: Nate Fox: When “Acid Rap” began climbing the charts in 2013, fans wondered how Chicago hip-hop artist Chance the Rapper came by his unique, progressive sound. The answer was simple: Songwriter-producer Nate Fox, who teamed up with Chance to craft many of the album’s beats and unforgettable soundscapes. Thanks to Fox-produced tracks like “Juice,” Lost” and “Chain Smoker,” “Acid Rap” went Top 30 and won critical raves, with Spin naming it the #2 hip-hop album of 2013. That success led to Nate collaborating with artists such as Lil Wayne, Lucki Eck$, Joywave, J. Cole, and Iggy Azalea. Following this, he joined Chance’s first touring band—and became a founding member of The Social Experiment, which has since resulted in multiple collaborations, including working on Chance’s subsequent projects, the “Surf” album, Peter Cottontale’s 2020 album “Catch,” and the Intellexual project with Nico Segal. GIRLMEAT: New to the scene, GIRLMEAT has been captured by Pittsburgh’s small but vibrant community of artists and musicians. With a lifetime of musical performance and production experience, she has been inspired to begin her next chapter and synthesize a truly unique sound. A sound inspired by a variety of disparate genres and artists. Her process for mixing and production adopts a similar eclecticism; when mixing, she likes to have at least two tracks playing at a time, and will always keep it interesting.
