With great joy and excitement, I can finally share the news of Banijay’s buy-out of Endemol Shine India and with that, the news of my new role as Founder and Group CEO! It is such a full circle moment for me, having given 12 years of my life to building Endemol Shine India and operating as their Managing Director and CEO, to leaving Endemol to start Banijay Asia, to now, finally sitting at the helm of both companies… I must thank @bakuldhar & @nushdhar , my parents, family, friends, colleagues at @banijayasia @endemolshineind @banijaygroup , partners and clients who have supported me in this journey from the early days. This journey has been nothing short of a dream and I can’t wait for the future to unfold. WHAT A NIGHT. It’s been quite a year of going back to where it all started for me… just so many full circle moments. And I am glad to say I had another one of those last night! I got inducted into the world of entertainment with a summer job at a sports network for the 1996 Cricket World Cup. Although I didn’t know what was going to happen next, I welcomed that opportunity, and each one that followed it, with open arms. Fast forward to now—the 2023 Cricket World Cup, for which @banijayasia produced the opening ceremony of the monumental India vs Pakistan game at NAMO Stadium. 🙏 We’ve had the busiest month full of launches, and one of the busiest weekends of my career but I am filled with gratitude. This would not have been possible without my Banijay family: my colleagues at Banijay Asia and my partners at the Banijay Group. Blessed to have had this opportunity and to have been on this incredible journey. The sense of pride and nostalgia are only heightened by the passion and love I have for this sport!
